Chapter 47: A New Year, A New Season

As I celebrate my birthday, I can't help but feel like it's my own personal New Year's Day. It's a time for reflection, gratitude, and setting plans for the year ahead (Proverbs 16:9). And though I often forget how old I'm turning; my loving children are quick to remind me – keeping me honest in more ways than one. So, here I am, entering Chapter 47.

Over the past few years, I've learned to pay attention to the signs and messages that each season brings. As March approached, I sensed a shift, a sense of "unloading" as if something significant was about to unfold. Call it intuition or divine guidance, but it feels like I have my marching orders for the year ahead.

Here are the resolutions I've set for myself:

  1. Cutting Out Bad Habits: It's time to prioritize my health by cutting back on unhealthy habits, like drinking more than one soda a day.

  2. Embracing Obedience: I'm committed to living in obedience to my beliefs and values, recognizing that delayed obedience is still disobedience.

  3. Helping Others: I want to make a positive impact by lending a helping hand to those in need.

  4. Spreading Positivity: Sharing good news and uplifting stories to inspire others.

  5. Focusing on Goals: Continuously refining and reaffirming my goals and vision for the future.

  6. Seeking Meaningful Connections: Building purposeful partnerships and relationships that align with my values and goals.

  7. Creating Space for Focus: Establishing a dedicated space where I can concentrate and nurture my creativity and productivity.

As I continue on this new year of life, I invite you to join me on this journey of growth and transformation. Whether it's cutting out bad habits, embracing obedience, or focusing on your goals, let's support each other as we strive to become the best versions of ourselves. Here's to the New Year – may it be filled with joy, growth, and abundance for us all! 🎉✨ #BirthdayReflections #NewYearNewGoals #Chapter47
